RenaissanceRe welcomes your application for a donation. Your application should be on behalf of a registered Bermudian charitable organization. When deciding which applications will be successful, we look at the needs of your organization and the benefit the donation would make. All applications must be in writing. To help you in completing your application, we have listed below the information you need to include. Applications for donations will need to meet all the guidelines outlined below. For any application, however, you may be requested to provide additional detailed information.

Guidelines for all Applications

Name of Organization
Let us know the precise way in which you would like us to refer to your organization.

Background
Give us a brief history of your organization. Is it a new organization and is the public aware of its work? Who runs the organization? If you have a board or committee, please provide a brief overview of members.

Donation Request
What is the size of the donation you are requesting of us and the percentage that it represents of your total fundraising effort?

Name of Project
Let us know exactly how you would like us to refer to your organization’s project.

Project Background
Give us a brief history. Is this a new project or a recurring campaign?

Nature of Project
What exactly do you propose to do with the funding? Is your project environmentally, socially, economically or religiously focused?

Objective
What is the objective of your project? How will it benefit the community?

Beneficiary
Whom or what do you wish to help through our funding?

Budget and Timing
How much money is needed to complete your project? Is there a deadline involved?

Accounts
Please send a copy of your most recent and up-to-date financial statements, audited if available.
